Training

All our employees are C.I.S.R.S. Card holders and are trained through the C.I.T.B training scheme, which involves a succession of two week college courses with on-site experience. This qualification route progressing from trainee to basic scaffolder Part 1 then Part 2 and eventually advanced scaffolder receives industry wide recognition.

Our staff also receive a variety of training in other areas including:

•	Abraisive wheels
•	Manual handling
•	Safety harness use

Health and safety is an integral part of all our training.
